Introduction and what not

Hello =)Welcome to my Blog

My name is Daniel Gaglio and I am a Sophomore In college majoring in media studies and journalism. This blog will be reviews and critics on various restaurants around the Temecula and Southern California area. I will not only be reviewing the food, but also the atmosphere, presentation, and service. As most reviews this is 100 percent opinion and should only be used as a reference not a state of fact. I originally had the idea for this blog after hearing how certain restaurant review websites such as Yelp will not post positive reviews on restaurants unless they display yelp advertising in their restaurant. I feel this is a small, but effective way to get the word out of these great ( or not so great) restaurants without having a corporate agenda.
